From 12:00 PM PT, the X Search tool is billed at $5 per 1,000 posts fetched and $10 per 1,000 user profiles fetched, replacing $5 per 1,000 calls.

OpenAI says GPT-5.6 Sol’s promotional pricing ($4 input / $20 output per 1M tokens) is available at least through November 21, 2026.

The standard price rises from $0.75 to $1.50 per 1M input tokens, from $0.075 to $0.15 per 1M cached input tokens and from $3.75 to $7.50 per 1M output tokens.

Polarison starts tracking AI prices
18 API models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and DeepSeek and 12 subscription and coding products, verified against official pricing pages and checked daily.

ChatGPT Pro $200 (20x) sign-ups paused
OpenAI paused new sign-ups and upgrades to the Pro $200 plan. Existing Pro $200 subscriptions and the Pro $100 plan are not affected.

Claude Sonnet 5 keeps its $2 / $10 price
Anthropic made Claude Sonnet 5’s introductory price of $2 input / $10 output per 1M tokens permanent. The increase to $3 / $15 scheduled for September 1, 2026 will not happen.

OpenAI renames Priority processing to Fast mode
Priority processing is now called Fast mode, selectable with service_tier “priority” or “fast”. Fast mode costs 2x the standard rate.
